Not Yet (Side A)

The princess took off her royal crown, spun it around and dug it deep deep deep into the underground

She had no use for it anymore, it was without a flaw but not worth fighting for the cause

flaw a-plenty

She left it behind like there was hell to pay, and there was, but a bother it was no more

No one paid her much mind as she marched through the village
“Probably off to oversee official business” they thought
many waved and smiled at her

She saw none of this, her eyes fixated forward, off into an extrasolar place
until she was out of the far reaches of her kingdom, reaching a mountain called Throes
a mountain no one has dared to come before

she grabbed hold of a rock overhead and placed one foot down

Such is her fate
a self-rebuked princess
